Adhuna D’Stress Oil

The 90-second reset for a mind that won’t switch off. A cooling Ayurvedic massage oil for your temples, neck and feet.

No pills · No drowsiness · Side effects: NIL

Sound familiar

By 4 PM, the day is winning.

Your shoulders are up near your ears. There’s a dull throb behind your eyes from screens you’ve been staring at since morning. You snap at people you love over nothing.

Then you finally lie down at night, and your brain decides this is the perfect moment to replay every awkward conversation from the last ten years.

You don’t need another supplement, or another app you’ll forget by Thursday. You need what your grandmother already knew.

A few drops of cooling oil, the right pressure points, and two minutes of stillness. That is Adhuna D’Stress Oil.

What it does

Calm you can feel in two minutes.

Relaxes mind & body

Cooling menthol over warm sesame and castor oil tells a wired nervous system to stand down.

Reduces stress & tension

Worked into temples, forehead and the back of the neck, it eases the tight, gripped feeling of a long day.

Promotes calm sleep

A few drops on the soles of your feet before bed, an old Ayurvedic ritual, to help you drift off instead of doom-scrolling.

Why it works

A time-tested Ayurvedic formula. Nothing harsh.

Built on the Ayurveda Anubhuta Yoga tradition. Each 100 ml contains:

12% Menthol. Instant, breathable cooling that soothes tension and lifts a heavy head.
20% Castor Oil. A rich, traditional carrier oil for deep, grounding massage.
Base Til (Sesame) Oil. The classic Ayurvedic abhyanga oil. Nourishing, warming, time-honoured.

For external use only. Side effects: NIL.

How to use

Three simple rituals.

1

The desk reset

2 to 3 drops on your temples and the back of your neck. Massage in slow circles until absorbed. 60 seconds, any time the day gets heavy.

2

The heavy-head fix

A little on the forehead and pulse points (wrists, behind the ears) when your head feels tight after hours of screens or stress.

3

The sleep ritual

Massage gently into the soles of your feet before bed. Lights off. Three deep breaths. Let go.

Tip: shake well before use.

In their words

Kept within arm’s reach.

“Keep it in my office drawer now. The 4 PM headache used to be daily. Now I rub a little on my temples and carry on.”

Verified Buyer

“Started using it on my feet before sleep. I’m not saying it’s magic, but I stopped scrolling at midnight, and that’s a win.”

Verified Buyer

“My husband works 12-hour shifts. This is the only thing that gets the knots out of his neck without me complaining.”

Questions

Good to know.

Is it safe for daily use?

Yes. It is for external use only, with side effects listed as NIL on the label. Use it as often as the day needs.

Will it make me sleepy at my desk?

No. There is nothing to swallow and no sedative. It cools and relaxes the muscles you massage it into, so you can use it mid-workday and stay sharp.

Can I use it for a tension headache?

It is made for exactly that moment. Apply a little to the temples, forehead and the back of the neck, and massage gently.

How is it different from a balm?

A balm sits heavy on the skin. This is a light, fast-absorbing oil that doubles as a proper massage oil for temples, neck, shoulders and feet.

Does it have a strong smell?

A light, clean cooling scent from the menthol. Not overpowering, not heavily perfumed.

Your two-minute break

Give your nervous system the rest it’s been asking for.

You’ve tried powering through. Try the other thing.

Store in a cool, dry place. Keep out of reach of children. For external use only.
