Refund & Cancellation Policy

For any cancellations, please mail us the order number on info@aswini.com within 6 hours of placing the order.

No cancellations will be accepted beyond 6 hours of placing the order.

No Refund Policy

We follow a No Refund Policy. Once a prepaid order is dispatched, we cannot cancel it or issue a refund if the customer is out of station or changes their mind. In such cases, any refund will be processed only after deducting the courier charges (both forward and return shipping).

Damaged, Missing or Short Products

Customers have only 72 hours from the date of delivery/receipt to raise a claim for damaged, missing or short products. Claims raised after 72 hours will not be valid.

Product Not Received but Shown as Delivered

If a product is not received but is shown as Delivered on the courier portal, the customer can raise a complaint within 7 days from the expected delivery date. After 7 days, we will not be able to issue a refund for non-delivery of the product.

Returns

If there is a damage to the product, and the claim is raised within 72 hours of delivery, we will accept a return of the unused product. Once we receive the returned item Aswinishop.com will then give a full refund (excluding shipping as we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order). Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return/refund to be processed. Discounted items are not eligible for a return. Aswinishop.com will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners. Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable courier service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery. We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return.
