We do not guarantee that orders will be dispatched on any specific date.

2. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Deliverability to certain remote or restricted pin codes may be limited and is subject to courier serviceability, which may change without prior notice.

3. Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are indicative only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary based on your location, courier partner availability, weather, strikes, natural disasters, or other factors beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if any, are calculated at checkout and are subject to change without prior notice. Free delivery, where offered, applies only to select products and/or order values as displayed on the product page at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw free shipping offers at any time.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on eligible orders at select pin codes, subject to availability. We reserve the right to withdraw or restrict COD as a payment option at any time and without prior notice. Additional handling charges may apply for COD orders.

6. Accuracy of Delivery Information

It is the customer's sole responsibility to provide accurate and complete delivery information at the time of placing an order. We are not responsible for failed deliveries, lost parcels, or delays resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address details provided by the customer. Re-delivery charges, if any, will be borne by the customer.

7. Risk and Title

Risk in the products passes to the customer upon handover of the parcel to the courier partner. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft that occurs after the parcel has been dispatched and handed to the courier.

8. Damaged, Missing, or Lost Shipments

In the event your order arrives visibly damaged, or if you believe your shipment is lost, you must notify us within 24 hours of the delivery date (or the expected delivery date, in case of non-delivery) by contacting:

Claims raised after this window may not be entertained. We will make reasonable efforts to investigate such claims with our courier partner; however, we do not guarantee a resolution in every case. We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in shipping due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, labour disputes, or courier disruptions.
